No clothes will be returned until payment has been made.
When we accept a booking, we do all that we can to ensure that your booking is fulfilled. If we are unable to fulfil a booking, we will inform you as soon as possible of this and you will not be charged.
We will let repeat customers know of any changes to our prices. Any changes will also be shown on our website.
Any cancellations must be made 24 hours before the collection day/time arranged. We will charge the minimum cost of £10 for any booking cancelled within 2hrs of the collection time requested. Any payments which have been made for bookings that have been properly cancelled will be refunded.
We hope you will never find any reason to complain with the service or quality of ironing, but if any problems arise, complaints must be made 24 hours after your ironing is returned to you.
In the event that your delivery is damaged or lost after being handed over to yourself or delegated person, we do not accept liability.
We check all items before proceeding with your ironing. If there are any burn marks on any items, we will contact you before we start ironing to inform you of it, you can then decide if you want us to proceed ironing that item.
If your order is a one off order, our plastic boxes and hangers, must be given back when your ironing is delivered back to you.
